During our initial Nutrition Consultation, we will spend 60 minutes together so that I can get to know you better. We will discuss your medical history, eating habits, food preferences and health habits. I will create a plan that will help you to achieve your health and wellness goals.
Follow-up sessions are 25 minutes in length and we use this time to check in, review food journals, progress and challenges since your prior visit and make adjustments to your plan and goals when necessary.
Frequency of sessions depends on individual need. I recommend weekly visits during the first one to two months of working together. Everyone has different needs and goals and we can discuss at the end of each session, when it would be best to schedule the next session.
All fees are due before or at the time of the session .
Third Visit and beyond
Packages are available on my Healthie portal at a discounted rate.
All of our sessions are held via secure video chat, or over the phone if preferred.
